Starbucks

Location: 72 Dundas St. E Paris, ON

Vicano Construction Limited was engaged by a local developer to design and construct this shell drive/thru commercial building for new tenants Starbucks Coffee Canada. The build included the removal of an existing 200 foot long 21” thick rebar reinforced concrete retaining wall at the street through the dead of winter and dropping the existing grades onsite by 5 feet.

The building and site works were completed as scheduled including meeting all County Site Plan Approval requirements and adhering to all of the Starbucks Coffee specification needs. The developer and local specialty coffee drinkers are overjoyed.
