Watts Pond Commercial Development, owned by Vicano Developments Limited is a six (6) unit commercial building ‘A’ and a stand alone McDonald’s drive-thru restaurant located on the North end of Paris Ontario. Building ‘A’ was designed with a modern look consisting of traditional material elements such as brick, stone, stucco and exposed steel structure. The entire project including all site works was completed in seven (7) months start to finish meeting all tenant requirement deadlines.
