Hartley Commercial Development

Hartley is a Vicano Developments Limited owned commercial development consisting of five (5) multi-tenant and one (1) stand alone commercial buildings. The first phase of the development was completed in June 2023 and consists of a stand-alone Taco Bell drive-thru restaurant and two (2) multi-tenant commercial buildings with restaurant, pharmacy, pet and other amenity services to cater to the ever expanding residential developments in the North end of Paris Ontario.
