Vicano Construction Limited is proud to have delivered a new 115,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and assembly facility with nearly 33,000 sq. ft. of custom office area. This industrial project houses manufacturing and warehouse space, offices and multiple loading and drive-in doors to support efficient operations. Our client, KRPAN Group, valued the speed of construction achieved, as well as the effective cost management that kept the project within budget. Strategically located in KRPAN’s iConnect Community in Waterdown, the facility offers excellent access to both the Greater Toronto Area and the Niagara region for maximum distribution reach.
