Vicano originally built this building as a 49,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant industrial site. Shortly after completion Rawlings Canada moved their Canadian distribution centre into the building, and Vicano expanded the building to it’s current 66,000 sq. ft. area.

Every Rawlings product sold in Canada is shipped through the company’s national distribution centre on Savannah Oaks Drive in Brantford.
