Master’s Industrial Park

Location: 15 Kraemer’s Way , Brantford, ON

Vicano Developments Limited purchased, designed, entitled, leased and constructed this 530,000 sq. ft. state of the art logistics facility, known as Master’s Industrial Park.

Situated less than a 1 min drive from Highway 403 at Oak Park Road, in Brantford’s Northwest Business Park, this new two building facility is fully leased to Brimich Logistics and Packaging Inc.

Building A (275,000 sq. ft.) is a fully temperature controlled building, enabling refrigerated storage of food products in this SQF certified building. This building also contains a 10,000 sq. ft. 2 storey modern finished office space which is the new headquarters for Brimich.

Building B (255,000 sq. ft.) is an ambient storage facility capable of quick conversion to refrigerated space.

Both buildings feature 40’ high clear ceilings, pre-cast concrete walls, EPMD roof system, ESFR sprinklers, smart building technologies, fully secured with abundant trailer storage and guard house.

This project was constructed during the COVID-19 pandemic as it was deemed an Essential service by the province of Ontario. While this presented many challenges we are proud of our construction team and having overcome all obstacles to turn over this project on time to meet the commencement dates of pre-existing leases.
