In 2005 Vicano constructed the original TDL Group Southgate Distribution Centre in Guelph, ON. The building as originally constructed was 168,644 Sq. Ft. and 101′-0″ tall.
In 2014 Vicano completed the 36,000 Sq. Ft. cooler addition, bringing the total building area to 204,644 Sq. Ft.
The building features a fully automated pallet picker making the distribution centre one of the most advanced of its kind.
