This multi-year, two-phase renovation project showcases Vicano’s versatility and deep expertise in delivering complex, large-scale developments with precision and care.

Phase one encompassed extensive upgrades throughout the 60,000 sq. ft. facility, with significant enhancements made across multiple areas. A standout element of this phase was a 4,000 sq. ft. addition, purposefully designed to expand the dressing room space—boosting comfort, efficiency, and functionality for the players.

Phase two focused on revitalizing 5,000 sq. ft. of core hockey operations space, including the fitness center, team lounge, administrative offices, and storage areas. These upgrades ensure the facility continues to meet the evolving needs of staff, athletes, and the broader hockey community.
